I visited Iceland this summer and fell in love with the people and the landscape. I was a solo traveler on a small cruise ship traveling along the western shore of Iceland. I hit it off with a few people on the ship. To thank them for their hospitality, welcoming me to join them for meals, I offered to paint them a memorable scene from our trip. This one is Flateyjarkirkja, the church in Flateyri, Iceland.
